Our goal is to create Denmarkâs most delicious cookie collection, with outstanding cookies in every category. We developed Cookie Bites in response to our customersâ requests for smaller cookies, a longer shelf life, more flavours and the highest quality. Cookie Bites come in seven varieties, and we constantly develop new flavours and sizes to help you find your favourite. Our mini cookies are made with 100% Danish butter and real Belgian chocolate. Each cookie is coated by slowly adding thin layers of chocolate over around two hours. These delicate layers help the cookie at the centre retain its delicious crunch, perfectly complementing the smooth Belgian chocolate. This distinctive process and carefully selected ingredients make Cookie Bites something special.

Our bestselling mini cookies are our Milk Chocolate , Gold Chocolate , and Liquorice . Our Milk Chocolate cookies, a signature cookie coated in Belgian milk chocolate. This flavour is a favourite with children and adults alike. Gold Chocolate is an intensely flavoured caramel chocolate used to coat the cookie. The smooth chocolate and delicious caramel pair beautifully with the crunchy cookie. Finally, we have our Liquorice Cookies , a more unusual but equally delicious flavour.
